NO BAKE BASIC BALLS

Wow, I haven’t posted a recipe to the blog in forever. I’ve been sharing to the gram, but I’m going to make an effort to start sharing here again so that you can easily find what you’re looking for!!

OK, now to the balls. These balls are so freakin good. Like I said on my insta stories, when I’m going for a basic ball, I typically just throw whatever I have on hand in a bowl, but since you guys asked for the recipe, I decided to write it down. And then I took them out of the refrigerator and they fell apart 🙁 So I made a few tweaks and now its definitely a keeper.

WHAT YOU NEED

1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Nut Butter
1/3 Cup Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Ground Flax
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

HOW TO MAKE

Mix everything together real good. If dough seems too dry and isn’t binding together, add a little more nut butter or maple syrup (your preference). Chill dough in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Roll dough into balls and eat. Or if you’re like me, place in the freezer to get them extra chilly.
