Yellowstone National Park. I can’t say this destination was on the top of my bucket list when Will presented the idea to me. HOWEVER, I’m here to tell you right now, PUT IT AT THE TOP. Our trip to Yellowstone was one of the most majestic trips I’ve ever been on; I’ve neverbeenso in awe of the nature around me. We actually were able to also visit Grand Teton National Park, its so close to Yellowstone, so if time allows, DO IT!
1. THE COLORS.
No filter here people. If you don’t believe me, check it out.
Grand Prismatic Spring – The largest hot spring in the U.S. and the 3rd largest in the World.
2. THE WILDLIFE.
Bison – Ten feet from the road.
3. THE HIKING.
The Top of Mt. Washburn. Elevation 10,243 FT.
4. THE GEYSERS.
5. THE SPRINGS.
The Boiling River. One of the only hot springs people are allowed to swim in.
6. IT’S COZY.
7. THE WATERFALLS.
8. THE DANGER.
9. WILDLIFE MAKES THE RULES.
Line of traffic for at least a mile waiting until this guy was ready to cross.
10. YOU HAVE THE PLACE TO YOURSELF.
11. AND YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT BEAT THE VIEWS.
Whether you’re on a mountain top or hiking through a swamp, it’s nothing short of beautiful.
